I would like to register my 36-month “Finwell PRO” warranty and grant MDE GmbH & Co. KG permission to process my personal data transferred in this context for the exclusive purpose of registering this warranty and, if applicable, any later claims of this warranty. This consent is limited to the duration of the warranty period and it can be revoked by me at any time by corresponding notice to MDE GmbH & Co. KG. I am aware that if I revoke my consent with effect for the future prior to the expiration of the warranty period, I will no longer be able to claim this warranty, whereas my statutory rights will remain unaffected thereof. After expiration of the warranty period, my data transmitted in this context will be deleted, unless I have expressly consented to a further use of these data.
